Will I be charged for sending and sharing ecards?
Anyone who is interested to send and share FaveKad’s ecards
can sign up as a Free Subscriber and have access to some of
the three thousand (3000) ecards that are presently on our
site. We understand the needs of our users and thus ensure
that ecards for every topic are available for our Free
Subscribers. On the other hand, our Premium Subscribers will
have a wider choice of ecards to choose from. We make sure
that all our Premium Subscribers have access to all our ecards
on our site.
We also understand the financial capacity of our users.
Therefore, we have three types of Premium Subscriptions,
namely Monthly (RM19.99), Annual (RM119.99) and Biennial
(RM199.99) subscriptions. Undoubtedly, if you subscribe to a
biennial subscription, you will have more savings than
subscribing to an annual or a monthly subscription.

I am a premium subscriber but I can’t find an ecard I like?
Presently, FaveKad has more than 3,000 ecards on our site for your pick. If you have a specific topic of ecard to send, you can go to ‘Create’ after you have signed in and select a card using the category filter or keyword. Alternatively, you can also go to Favecentre, then FaveKads or Gallery to select your ecard. FaveKad is continuously expanding its collection of ecards and we are positive that there will be some ecards that suit your preference.
Can I have different messages on the ecard for different recipients?
Yes. FaveKad’s users can use the same ecard to send customised messages to different people. FaveKad also allows bulk sending of ten (10) ecards at any one time for Premium Subscribers. Premium subscribers can customize them individually Free user can send the ecard one at a time.
What does it mean by FaveKad’s email informing that the ecard I sent has been opened and read?
When you send an ecard to someone, you expect him / her to open and read your ecard. An email will be automatically sent to you when your recipient opens your ecard for the first time. We anticipate that when someone opens your ecard, he / she will also read the ecard. We will not inconvenience you with more emails when your recipient opens your ecard several times, to reread it or to show it to someone else or when he / she forwards it to a friend, who then opens it.
Can I change or cancel an ecard which I have scheduled to send?
You are unable to change the ecard that you have created and scheduled to send. This is mainly because your ecard is considered ready to be sent out on the scheduled date and time. However, if you decide to cancel sending, you can still do so before the scheduled time and date.
How long does it take to deliver my ecard?
When you press the ‘Send’ button after you have created your ecard, the ecard will be delivered immediately. As for the ecard that you scheduled to send, it will be sent out at midnight on the scheduled date of the time zone you picked. Nevertheless, the internet could be slow and there could probably be more than one ecard to be sent out from our server. As such, it may take a few seconds or minutes depending on the position of your ecard in the queue. Rest assured, your ecard will definitely be delivered.
Can I arrange to share my ecard on Facebook on a later date?
Yes, you can download the ecard that you have created and share it on Facebook on a later date.
How can I tell if the FaveKad’s email is really from FaveKad?

How do I send my ecards on different dates?
Our system allows you to schedule your ecards to be sent out according to different time zones. You can send out your ecard immediately after you have created it or go to 'Schedule' to schedule to send your ecard according to your preferred date. The ecard will be sent out at midnight on the scheduled date.
Can I blast my ecards out on one particular date?
Our system allows you to schedule your ecards to be sent out according to time zones. You can send your ecards to ten (10) recipients each time you create and send ecard if you are a premium subscriber. However, free subscribers can only send your ecard to one recipient at a time.
Can I resend the same ecard to another recipient?
Yes, FaveKad has a feature "Recreate" that alows you to resend the same ecard to another recipient. You can create another one using the same ecard.
Is there any difference in the types of ecards and services provided in the Mobile Apps vis-a-vis the Website?
Users can choose either to use the FaveKad website or the mobile Apps because the products and services are the same.
What is the Address Book?
The Address Book is the database of names, email addresses, phone numbers and birthday that you have added into your FaveKad account. The Address Book enables you to retrieve the information to quickly send your ecard to one or more persons.
How do I add people to my Address Book?
You can add people to your address book when you send ecards to them. First, you click the ‘Add Recipient’ button and key in the relevant information. Then you check the ‘Save to address book’ checkbox before you send your FaveKad.
How to upload a .csv file into address book?
The instruction to upload a .csv file is as follows: i.
Download a .csv template. The file will have a .csv
extension.
ii. Open the. csv file with a spreadsheet. E.g. an excel
spreadsheet.
iii. Key in the details according to the column headers in
the spreadsheet. The column headers are: - (i) Name
(required), (ii) First Name (required), (iii) Last name
(required), (iv) email address (required), (v) Birthday
(optional).
iv. Save the file as .csv
v. Upload the modified CSV file onto FaveKad.
vi. Submit.
What are the system requirements for FaveKad ecards?
You can use any browser to access FaveKad’s website. If you are using the mobile Apps, it is compatible with Android and iOS .
Who design your ecards?
Most of FaveKad’s ecards are developed using actual photographs taken by professional photographers. The ecards are designed by qualified designers and the content written by experienced researchers and content writers. We assure you that you are receiving the best quality products to send to and to share with your family and friends.
If I like the card, can I add it into my Favourite List?
